Monika Dabrowska, Founder and Director of Innovaction Global, an innovation consulting company that helps organisations improve performance and achieve their goals and vision by raising grants and managing R&D funded projects.
Monika has over 10 years of experience in obtaining EU and UK funding and providing management for R&D and investment projects to public and private organisations. Working with maritime, healthcare, energy and IT companies, she is adding value to teams looking for intelligent, insightful information.
Dr Sven Knowles, Knowledge Transfer Manager at Innovate UK KTN, a governmental organisation that connects innovators with new partners and new opportunities beyond their existing thinking – accelerating ambitious ideas into real-world solutions.
Sven’s background is in leading technology innovation, business strategy, product development and market access. With global expertise covering Europe, N America, ME and Asia he has sourced and managed an extensive portfolio of diverse technology companies and investments. Industry experience spans automotive, optics, sensors, solar, motors, satellite coms, bio-fuels, inertia tracking and power management. Sven holds a BSc in Physics, and a PhD in Fibre Optic Sensors for Aerospace.
