We are looking for an injection moulding company to produce various mouldings for a new product development. In total, we have 13 different small mouldings ranging from shot weights of 0.1Kg down to 0.001Kg.
Moulding materials include POM, ASA and PC. We would be looking to group mouldings of the same material into a multi-cavity tool to minimise capital investment.
Annual batch (set of parts) quantities of 1000 – 5000 parts are expected in the first 3 years, with the aim to increase further thereafter.
We would be looking for a lead time of 12-14 weeks from receipt of order for tooling and samples for approval.
