The Manufacturing Growth Programme (MGP)
The Manufacturing Growth Programme (MGP) is an EU-funded initiative, providing grant support to independent manufacturers, makers and producers located in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Managed by Oxford Innovation Advice, grants are available to businesses engaged in the production or development of a product - including Food and Drink - to help boost their expansion. Through a simple application process, over 150 small businesses in Hampshire have already received financial support, with grants typically approved within two weeks of applying.
Supporting Innovation and Growth in Healthcare Technologies (SIGHT)
Supporting Innovation and Growth in Healthcare Technologies (SIGHT) is a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)-funded business support project led by the University of Portsmouth in conjunction with the Wessex CRN and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, designed to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs in the healthcare sector.
The programme provides SMEs with the insight and specific evidence required to ensure their products meet real, identified market needs along with the necessary guidance and support to enter and expand in new healthcare markets.
